Final preparations!

Camera
The camera we will be using tomorrow is the Canon 1100 D. We borrowed it from school, and a lot of the students have said it is brilliant quality and easy to use.

As well as a camera we obviously have a tripod.

We have decided to use Effie's iPhone 4 to take evidence of filming, and I would like to make a few vlogs during our time filming. We thought using a phone is a good way to show our abiblity of using different media devices.

Props
Below is a list of props we will need for tomorrow:

• Toilet Roll (titles)
• Cereal box (maybe titles)

• Tissue Box
• Marley & Me DVD
• Ben & Jerrys (Empty... yummmmm!)
• 'Witty' Tee- shirt
• Present + wrapping paper (maybe)
• Plates and dinner (yum again!)
• Bin
• Mum and couples at beginning
• Beer, popcorn, poker board etc. for lads night in.
• Fake private messaging to Sam

STORY BOARDS!

Beginning of preliminary task

So tomorrow we are going to start shooting our first preliminary task, wahoo! Our short scene is going to at first be really intense and sinister but turn out to be a surprise party... gone wrong! We have completed a story board with lots of lovely pictures drawn by zoe but there's been a bit of trouble uploading the picture so hopefully i'll post it soon, but for now this is our first set of notes for our task, it's a bit messy but i think thats sentimental value..

Originally we did like the idea of the conversation happening between the actor and the cake (its actually just someone hiding in a cupboard) but we thought that it might be a bit too weird, and not very exciting, even if it is quite imaginative.
